Can’t sleep, pesky acid reflux keeping me awake, been quite a stressful few days due to one thing or another, off to see the Rolling Stones on monday though, should be good, last weekend of filming for Video Nasty!!

Geez, when was the last time I updated this?

Seems like so long ago. What have I been doing?

I went back to the UK and it snowed every day for 10 days. Then I was in Arizona, did an art show at Cowtown, a rad store, then I was at Coachella last weekend, seeing the Stone Roses and Nick Cave, some of my favourite bands and a load more.

I’ll throw some pictures up for ya of the past few weeks of my life. Thats what Blogs are for isn’t it?

I’m not in the habit of posting anything from Hypebeast obviously, but Pierre is rad, Etnies, Emerica and Altamont are skater owned brands, and I think that stands for a lot nowadays.

Skittles

I always thought that Green Skittles were the best flavour. Strange, because green ones aren’t so good in other sweets, like Fruit Pastels, Starburst (Formerly known as Opal Fruits), Fruit Gums, Wine Gums, Midget Gems, Jelly Babies. In that case I tend to favour the red or black colours.

I even wrote a story once about how green skittles are made in a separate factory than the other flavours. I’ve lost that now though, or I’d post it. Lost on a hard-drive from another time.

Anyway, my point is that I changed my mind today. Red Skittles are the best.

I don’t touch the purple ones now that I’m living in America, they’re grape flavor, and it tastes like something you’d use to clean toilets. Take me back to England where they have Blackcurrant ones, strange what you miss about home. I wouldn’t eat more than a couple of packs of Skittles a year and here I am banging on about them.

So, 2012 is done eh? There’s been a lot of highs, and some definite lows.

Andreas getting in a mototcycle wreck was a low, same with Thomas Bonilla getting hurt. But these guys are both tough and are gonna bounce back.

All in all I think it was a good year though. It was my first year living in L.A. and it’s been a blast. Good food, good friends. Seen a lot of good bands, skated some fun places. My first Coachella with the WU LYF boys was a fun one. Its been the first year of my radio show, and it’s been so much fun doing that.

So much for the Mayan calendar eh? All those nutters that were saying the world was gonna end and that, they’re never right are they?

Lets just make 2013 count though eh? Live it like you mean it.
